Decision path
- 1. A student arrives, returns, is late or a concern is noticed → First Faces: welcome, connect, discover, respond.
- 2. Isolated and resolved? Reconnect and monitor. Pattern emerging? Fresh Start: review the pattern, student voice and barrier; plan 30 days and check at 2/4 weeks.
- 3. Improving? Step down. Persistent despite early support? Success / SART: review prior work, hear family voice, match support, assign owners and review at 15/30 days.
- 4. Still unresolved? Intensive Support: audit delivery and access, revisit the barrier, intensify and monitor weekly. Check Pre-SARB readiness only after implementation.
- 5. Persistent with documented intervention and required procedures? SARB: coordinate accountability and resources; plan the next successful day and monitor at 15/30/60 days.
