Administrator leadership & problem-solving suite

Attendance Action Center

One workspace for the questions administrators actually ask: what needs my attention, what pattern am I seeing, what might I be missing, what can we do today, what should happen next, who owns it, when do we review it — and is this an individual barrier or a larger school-system problem?

See the Pattern • Find the Barrier • Take Action • Monitor • Re-Engage

Keep scenarios anonymous

Do not enter student names, student IDs, dates of birth, addresses, parent names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifying information.

Aggregate site information

Decision-support and professional guidance — not a student information system.

Don't just count absences. Find the friction.

  • Attendance data tells us where to look.
  • Student and family voice helps us understand what to look for.
  • Barrier identification tells us what may need to change.
  • Intervention gives us something to test.
  • Progress monitoring tells us whether it worked.
  • System analysis tells us whether the problem is bigger than one student.

Notice → Understand → Act → Monitor → Adjust → Re-engage

rather than absence → letter → meeting → referral.

Daily administrator question

What can we change at school today that would make attendance easier?

What needs my attention?

Escalation is not the goal. Re-engagement is.

The best attendance intervention is the one that removes or reduces the actual barrier. Every module here ends with the same question: what should happen next, who owns it, and when do we review it?

The rest of the framework is unchanged

The Action Center sits above the existing tiers. Tier 1, Site-Level Intervention, SST / MTSS team, SART, SARB, the Strategy Assistant, and Re-Engagement modules work exactly as before.
